      Pros

      we have 13th and 14th month pays as well as percentage in stock and bi-annual profit shares so we get to receive bonuses every quarter.

      Cons

      the insurance does not cover maternity and the customer service department as well as the repair department will offer the lowest salary they think you will agree on. it would suck once you get to know how much they are offering the newer ones considering the experience and skill set.

      - Strong sense that the company and management care about the employees - Willingness to teach and help new employees grow - Gives opportunities as they see potential rather than squeezing out productivity to the last minute before giving promotions/raises - Very open corporate structure where all levels of the company are open to communication

      Cons

      - Niche market makes hiring for open positions difficult. This can lead to increased workloads - Company health is very dependent on its customers' forecasts. Not really a con, but important to know and understand
