Good health benefits. Flexible work schedule.
Cons
Pay is not competitive. High turn over rate when it comes to new hires. Company remains stagnant even when the economy is good. When the economy is bad people are let go then hired as contractors. A culture of hire/protect your family and friends without any real experience or talent. No real leadership from management.
