      Pros

      A great working environment. I still remember the 3 core values of this company, Honesty and Integrity, a Company without doors, and Customers counting on us. I don't know if these core values were still there but to be honest, for my 9 years of stay, the company is truly a visionary and has the same respect for everyone.

      The salary offer for a new employee is getting lower.

      Depending on which department you work, it would vary. some departments will appreciate their employees every time the job is done nicely, others don't even acknowledge.

      Cons

      Long work hours and night meetings can disrupt balancing personal life.

      - Great if you've experience, able to work independently & able to create your own carrier path - Flexible working culture

      Cons

      - Projects are not properly manage in some areas - recent salary increment plan due to new scheme making it hard to compare with avg industry monthly but more to yearly bonusses which can be uncertain
