      Good company, good CEO, remote work(hopefully into the future as well).

      Cons

      None really. Would recommend working here to anyone who's interested in hardware.

      Pros

      A market leader in semi test with a very decent set of benefits. Overall a very good employer with very good future prospects and excellent current profitability. Mean people are rare.

      Cons

      It tends to be large teams of people tracking small teams of people doing work. Core teams can be large and slow, with too many members distracting from critical activities. Sometimes guilty of NIH syndrome.

      Very nice people, relaxed atmosphere, some good benefits, flexible schedule (depends on your division/boss), nice projects, and some managers are accoutable and great supporters.

      Cons

      Some managers are not accoutable at all, poor recognitions to people that really contributes to the team and company ( depends on your division/boss), very Incompetent HR.
