Pros

The company is flexible with employee working hours. It offer snacks, fruits, and drinks the kitchen Always busy with different projects and lots of process improvement Since it is a small company, individual contributions have greater impact to the company We have lots of company events each summer, and winter It is a great learning experience, depends if you can absorb the work load and do more than is it required.

Cons

The company need to pay employees better, but job is very stable Management need to communication about the future of the company Need to develop a better culture from top to bottom. Company communication to all employees

Pros

Co-workers are very nice and the benefits are awesome. Not many companies offer comparable benefits. Overall, my experience is pleasant. Managers are very nice to me. I have worked in much worse environment and this is the best so far - in my opinion. I feel the negative reviews are exaggerated.

Cons

Pay is low but hopefully will pick up when revenues increase. Promotions and opportunities are not plentiful as higher senior positions are given to outside hires. This is not a company for someone who is ambitious and wants to be promoted regularly.

Pros

fellow employees, product well accepted by medical community, corporate headquarters in a nice location of bay area. old management cared about employees well being.

Cons

Flat market, lost competitive edge, New management does not care about employees well being. Salary and Communion slashed over the years to making a decent living almost impossible.
