10+ years with TR through ups and downs. TR now has developed into an upbeat fun place to work for. Work culture is less stressful and no more micromanaging! New tools that have been put into place make our job easier and efficient, especially when working with different departments. Management shows employees they are valued and appreciated. Management is very understanding and flexible when it comes to different phases of your life. Family friendly company! I have been fortunate to work at TeraRecon over the past 3 1/2 years and I can tell you that the family culture is very refreshing. I have worked for large publicly traded companies that only care about what the shareholders want and need.
