Pros
Great benefits, various work shifts, short commute. Although there is a variety of various shifts to work the company does not necessarily give everyone a fair choice in which to choose from without some favoritism involved. The company is very lacking in building morale due to the manner in which it is run. People are announced promoted into positions when the position wasn't even posted to allow others the opportunity in which to apply. They clearly send the wrong message. Many have left because of these issues and many are planning to leave.
Cons
Although I applied and was hired for a certain position, once your hired they move people to whatever position they decide into positions I have no desire to be in. Never seen a company operate in this manner which seems deceitful.
