Pros

Terminix is a stable company with fairly good benefits, pay, and opportunity. Also, if you work hard enough, they reward you with an awesome company trip to various exciting venues.

Cons

Commissioned sales personnel's payroll is incorrect approaching 100% of the time. If you don't meticulously keep up with it, and constantly submit corrections, you will lose money that belongs to you.

everything is pretty easy going and laid back. Everyday is kindly of reptitive so it makes your job very easy.

Cons

There is little break time. The training is too early kind of challenging but you learn overtime. Job is only part time

Position allows a basic practical application in P &L Management, Profit Projections, and Budgeting.

Cons

Hours are ridiculously long, 65 - 80 per week. "Results," are vastly more important than people. Pay is good, if you're at 40 hours per week, other than that, pay is a joke. The company is half a heart beat away from becoming union.
