Strenuous work Pushy about selling

If a manager doesn't like you, branch manager or above, they will find a way to remove you. They do this without actual proof or care. They did it to me and to many other managers. I also had a few issues with racism and sexual inappropriateness. I brought my complaints all the way to the president and was not listened to. The way the pay the technicians penalizes them due to things out of their control. This will lower their pay because of it.
