Cons
Terrible end time hours at peak season. Go in at your regular start time that it would take for you to be at your first stop at 8 but on a busy day you can be off when its dark. Management listens to feedback but doesn't act upon it, especially district management. They'll hold company meetings with distressed employees listen to their feedback and nothing will be done. Expensive equipment to complete the job efficiently and effectively will be scarce unless you pay for it yourself out of pocket.
