You’re encouraged to do your best during the day and actually leave work at work when the day’s done.

      Cons

      Busy seasons can get fast-paced, especially when hiring demand spikes, but expectations are clear and support is always available when needed.

      Bias’s, easily written up, have to work several weekends out of the month, they push sales for things no one is buying
