Pros

Supportive coworkers on immediate teams, good day-to-day atmosphere, fully stocked kitchen, and occasional company lunches.

Cons

Career growth is very limited for employees who join at lower-level positions. Advancement seems to be much more accessible for senior-level employees and above. If you come in at a lower level, it can be very difficult to move up, and compensation may fall behind the market over time. This seems to contribute to turnover in some departments

-Paychecks are deposited on time. -The idea of the projects is inspiring. -Has Bill Gates backing. -The medical isotope program is amazing.

Cons

-Pay is only OK and falling. -Bait and switch tactics used for hiring. -Extreme favoritism and toxic environment encouraged by HR. -Leadership is a circle of self-promoted friends with no experience/clue. -ICs get burned for the smallest perceived infraction but senior leadership is allotted unlimited failures. -Required attendance in poorly designed office buildings damaging progress. -Hope for success rests on the back of Bill Gates wallet.
