      Pros

      Young engineers are given opportunities early in their career to prove themselves and are often given project manager and client-relation responsibilities after just 2 to 3 years of experience. Bonuses are given annually and are based on merit. Employee-ownership, ESOP.

      Cons

      Lower wages/salaries than the average for the region.

      Pros

      Terracon is amazing at putting opportunity in front of young engineers and supporting their career aspirations. Promotions are merit based and non-biased. They're also very innovative and try to stay on the edge of using new technologies.

      Cons

      The benefits are below average as well as the pay.
