Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. You can pick your pathway forward as what kind of projects you work on and how you want to move throughout the company, If you want to move into a different area of expertise, management will try to accommodate your request. Safety is a huge concern. Everyone in the company wants each and every employee to be safe and happy.

Cons

Terracon has many proprietary apps that can be difficult to use.

Very wide range of projects to work on and different skills to learn. High levels of responsibility and independence. Great experience for someone new to construction.

Cons

Low compensation compared to rest of the industry but that is pretty standard with consulting. Hours vary wildly depending on assigned jobs.
