      Pros

      Since working here, my supervisor, office manager, colleagues, administrative staff have been very helpful with starting at a new company and have made the transition to a new workplace a smooth process. Pay is great and flexible work hours with working from home part of the week. Opportunity for growth as you gain more experience. Safety is a top priority of Terracon. Overall, great company to work for.

      Cons

      Some projects can be complex and clients can be demanding in the consulting world, but the support system of other engineers locally and throughout the company is very beneficial.
