Business Outlook
Pros
Terracon is really making an effort to make sure staff feel cared for and that they are compensated fairly. The work is incredibly varied and staff are encouraged to learn new things, attend training, obtain licensure etc which is all paid for by the company. Employee ownership makes it feel as though we are all in it together and effort is rewarded with generous bonuses.
Cons
Like most consulting firms there is a real focus on chargeability/billable hours etc. That’s fine at busy times but can get frustrating during lean periods.
