1. Workload is very high in the summer time and slows down in the winter time. 2. Occasionally travel longer distances to jobsite but never over night.

If you put in the work the career advancement opportunities will present themselves. The leadership team cares about your professional and personal advancement. Opportunities to buy company owned stock.
