Business Outlook
Pros
Overall very positive working environment great team leader ship with a True care in my development as an employee and my well-being and safety. Great avenues for career development and leadership as well aids and pushes associates to achieve certifications to do more and make more.
Cons
Downside for me is the work hours early on bad weather really can limit your ability to get ours which will limit your pay requiring certain certifications will remedy that but takes time. Also late nights and overnight is required at certain times especially in the beginning so that is an always the most desirable schedule.
