Pros

Great place to work, fun highly engaged staff, very technical orientated company with interesting projects. Terracon is an employee-owned company, that really cares for the health and long-term success of its employees.

Cons

None for Terracon in particular. Working at Terracon, like most consulting companies, is fast paced work that involves managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities. I've worked for six different companies in my 30+year career, and Terracon is near the top of my list of favorite companies.
