I cannot overstate how incredible the culture at Terrestris, LLC is. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most intelligent, hard-working, and compassionate individuals I’ve ever met. The leadership team truly maintains an open-door policy, managers consistently advocate for employee well-being, and peers support one another every single day. I always felt comfortable showing up as my authentic self—and genuinely enjoyed my time here. Professionally, I was empowered to pursue interests across different branches of the organization. I was entrusted with meaningful work aligned with my passions, all while maintaining a healthy and manageable workload. My manager was world-class, and Terrestris’s commitment to work-life balance is second to none. The only reason I left was due to a family situation that required me to step away and care for a sick loved one. Even then, Terrestris went above and beyond by offering a part-time role to keep me involved, but I wasn’t able to commit at the time. I couldn’t recommend Terrestris more highly. I’m truly grateful for the people, the opportunities, and the respect I experienced throughout my time there.
