Terrestris Global Solutions ensures that their employees are treated with the upmost dignity and respect, which is a direct reflection of the great leadership and staff personal in place. Having worked for the United States military for 24 years prior to joining Terrestris, I can say with a 100% certainty that Terrestris's leadership is comprised of true professionals and experts, who place the needs of the employees first. Great company to work for!

Cons

Working for the company just shy of one year, I have no complaints in regard to how Terrestris Global Solutions conducts business.

here. Company leadership is great. They communicate effectively, they are open to feedback from the field, and believe in rewarding and recognizing the talents of the team. Opportunities for growth are available, and team members are encouraged to continue to develop for advancement.

Cons

Team member locations vary based on support of specified efforts, and contracts so we don't get to interact as a whole very often.
