Pros

Management is transparent and collaborative, which trickles down through the entire company. Core values of ownership, opportunity, focus, relationship and energy are accurate and are called upon to align employee action almost daily. This is a group of intelligent, motivated, hilarious people that really care about each other and the good of the company.

Cons

There are no clear downsides, but being a small company has advantages and disadvantages and isn't a fit for everyone. The good news is the way the company is portrayed during the interview process is exactly what you can expect upon being hired. As a relatively new hire, I can attest to this!

Management is extremely supportive. Professional and personal growth opportunities are endless. Great culture stresses work/life balance and encourages individual success. Fun work environment with many fringe benefits. Company is growing rapidly and there is always a chance to learn new skills and competencies.

Cons

Terso has the advantage of providing all of the benefits of a small company- a warm, family-type atmosphere, coworkers and supervisors who truly care about you, and an emphasis on work-life balance, while also having many benefits available only to large companies such as great insurance and multiple wellness facilities. Ours is a company that is growing quickly while retaining our welcoming and unique culture. I have experienced huge growth here, thanks to the support of coworkers that are always more than happy to answer any questions or lend a helping hand. This is by far the best job I have ever had.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. I love it here :)
