Pros

The best reason for working at Terso Solutions is the people. Everyone is extremely talented and really knows his or her area of expertise.

Cons

The only possible downside is that as a technology startup and you will be asked to work on a lot of different disciplines in your field. IE: database, web, embedded, EE etc.
