Pros

There are no pros about working in operations except they give you your vacation time immediately

Cons

They are grossly understaffed so being overworked is the accepted norm. They do not adequately train new employees and therefore set people up for poor reviews and little or no bonuses! If you are a non-Spanish speaker you may feel isolated as everyone in operations speaks Spanish to each other. Salary is not competitive.

Pros

The direct manager was very nice and understanding and would support me as best as possible. Good work life balance.

Cons

They continually assigned tasks outside of the role requirements, things that even my managers didn’t know how to do or were aware was needed. The pay is also grossly under market value. It’s really not worth it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We recently went through an evaluation of our compensation structure and compared it to other employers in our area as well as our industry. We find that our compensation, while not significantly above average is fair. With regard to the other "Advice to Management" feedback, we will take the time to review and take action, if needed.
