Best company I have ever worked for

Terumo sets an industry standard above any company, I have worked for many companies in my 45 plus years of employment and no company is as professional despite any temporary setbacks, I relocated from the West Coast because I believe in this company and it's strong future. Unlike most companies this large, upper management is never isolated from the workforce, even the CEO Mark Sutter takes the time to greet ever single employee throughout the day and takes a hands on role. In the three tears I have been here I have found everyone is treated with respect and are genuinely friendly. There is truly a work life balance and taking time off is never an issue. This is a one of a kind experience working at Terumo especially knowing there are many that have been employed here for 30 plus years, that says allot for a company like Terumo.
