Pros

Terumo CVS treats their employees great, with good working environment and upper management visibility and encouragement. They are using great management, training and project tools with an IT department that is on-site, very responsive and up-to-date on their systems.

Cons

TCVS management is focused and very knowledgeable on marketing and sales, but does not understand, or accept, regulatory and quality requirements and realities and doesn't appear to understand staffing levels, ROI, or make vs. buy decisions for both product and equipment. Even with large profit margins, they have an unsustainable model from both purely business and regulatory standpoints.

Pros

Offer incentive trip to overseas Nice new office. Nice IT facilities

Cons

Contradictory Work Culture: Disconnect between stated company values regarding work-life balance and the actual operational expectation to work extended hours. Substandard Benefits Package: Below-market compensation package, including minimal medical coverage (RM500 annually) and no dental insurance. Misaligned Stakeholder Management: Disproportionate management accommodation of distributors, compromising internal boundaries and positioning external partners as direct supervisors. Reactive Operational Planning: High frequency of last-minute requests with unrealistic fulfillment expectations and a lack of structured timelines. Asymmetrical Accountability: A blame-heavy culture where individuals are held solely accountable for missed targets, regardless of systemic issues or external dependencies. Toxic Workplace Politics: High-friction environment characterized by severe corporate politics and pervasive peer-to-peer detraction.
