      leadership provides great training and tries to develop from within the company; very kind and thoughtful operators and salaried workers; lots of factory growth after a very successful FDA audit (Elkton)

      lots of paperwork, knowing that your decisions affect open heart surgeries ups the level of stress, low starting salaries (Elkton) Additionally the Ann Arbor consent decree has been keeping raises lower

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people at TCVS. The type of work was enjoyable.

      Cons

      Management is clueless in trying to solve problems. One can only be successful if you are a "Yes man." Letting project managers drive your people into the ground is horrible, Band-aiding solutions actually takes more time and money than to just fix the problem in the first place.
