Pros

Flexibility Pays relatively well for its size

Cons

-Poorly run company that often hires unqualified candidates -Outdated, inefficient systems -Backstabbing environment, everyone is out for themselves -Staff is generally unmotivated -Lack of Diversity (85% Hispanic) -Spanish is spoken almost exclusively at times even during meetings -Poor project management -Old dilapidated and depressing facilities -Dishonest tactics employed during audits. Employees are encouraged to lie to EU and FDA auditors or not bring documents as requested hoping the auditor will forget what they asked for. Even if auditor has asked for these items multiple times. -HR does nothing to rehab or facilitate problem individuals. -Culture (condescending management that does not speak or engage with employees, lack of communication, all projects are disorganized and rarely meet their deadlines, company does what is quickest and not what it best, people are not helpful and most of my peers generally speaking were lazy and never wanted to help find solutions. "I don't know" and "I can't" are their usual responses), the caliber of people that work here is low. Don't bother with this dump, you will regret it.

Pros

Great corporate culture of individual empowerment. Employees are given their own work phone/iPad/laptop. Some traveling required for training and National meetings. Terumo is good about expensing these costs to the company. Solid leadership in management.

Cons

Training, especially for those outside the medical space, may be too intensive if there is not a genuine understanding/interest in the medical field. Expected to learn anatomy/medical terminology/products and their features/competitive products. I don't think of this as a con but this certainly requires more learning than most 9-5 careers. Challenging training but very worthwhile.
