Upper management and HR ineffective acknowledging bad managers and toxic environment. I worked in QA Compliance and one of the managers took the Liberty to get drunk on a daily basis, harass her teams, and not remember the next day. There was too much going on to detail here. In spite of multiple team members reporting her and eventually everyone leaving the team, HR and the Executive Leadership team did nothing. And, she's still there in a new role and still hitting the bottle.

Could be great but sadly it's a very toxic work environment!!! Not just certain departments either but overall. I've never worked in such a unhealthy atmosphere. Sexism towards women is also an issue. Also imo Mike W. needs to be brought of his high horse. It's obvious he is on a power trip and has no social decorum. He's condescending, disrespectful and could care less about what employees have to say. His own agenda seems to be his focus. He blatantly showed favoritism. Good benefits but pay could be better. Horrible communication between superiors
