Pros

Benefits are very good. Tuition reimbursement (up to $10,000/year) is a plus. Very little if any travel required. Most of the time you work standard 40-hour work weeks, unless you are put on a project related to a knee-jerk reaction from Management. President of company is committed and down-to-earth, just doesn't have the right people around him.

Cons

Same leadership in place (for the most part) from before the enforcement of the FDA Consent Decree. Company has declined due to people being in place that just don't have the experience/expertise to be in the position they're in. Recent disbandment of one of the departments, layoffs, and the amount of required remediation work ahead have gotten the company's morale down.
