Pros

they do have good benefits.

Cons

Human resources is never around when you need them and then they don't do much to help you with whatever you need them for. Management is a joke. They have a quality policy that they ram down our throats but when the quantity of parts are not out the door that policy is out the door. They do not take the employees into consideration they management is out for themselves. They try not to spend money on things that need replaced that way they get the big bonus for saving the company so much money. Management complains about all the overtime that the company puts out but yet when parts are put out the door with questionable issues that mean rework and it is always the same people. It is not what you know but who you know. If you are tight with the supervisor you will climb the ladder and have the better paying job plus all the overtime you want. It doesn't matter how long a person has been with the company and it doesn't matter how much you go above and beyond to help the company out if you are not one of the privileged ones you get no where.

Pros

Great people and flexible working hours made the experience pretty nice. It's a great first internship for those entering their first summer after high school.

Cons

Boring location and pretty repetitive work. Not a very dynamic or exciting work environment either.

Looking for Leadership

Pros

Many of the employees are passionate and care about seeing the company succeed through the consent decree. Some very talented people. Fan of the CEO.

Cons

Key positions not filled in over 12 months. No process addressing lessons learned therefore repeating mistakes (emphasis on project management). Lack of accountability and leadership (Would be interesting to know Terumo's definition of leadership). Communication is forced and is from the top down. Resource needs are addressed by robbing Peter to pay Paul. Consistently losing good people. Morale very low. Yearly perfornance process is a great example of a process that often does more harm than good, more of a check box than actually adding value. Not impressed with some executive management.
