Pay is good and job is easy. Hardest thing to do is show up. Study and learn equipment. That will make your job 100% easier. - Tesla looks good for your resume

-Manager has too much power. Will find a way to write you up anyway possible. Will affect your raise. Horrible leadership. Leads by fear. - HR will never help you. Anything you see or report will back fire on you. Never report managers. HR is not your friend. - doesn’t promote within - doesn’t hesitate to terminate you
