Absolutely awful. They do not care about you at all.

NO REMOTE WORK! I spent 3 to 4 hours commuting daily to the Fremont factory, where I sat at a desk all day, and 90% of my communication was via email and chat (Teams)! Terrible parking situation: If you can find a parking place, you have to take a shuttle to get to the office. Ridiculous that many times there were only two or three passengers on a big Ford F350 gas-guzzling shuttle bus! It completely goes against Tesla's mission! No discounts on cars. If you are laid off before your first year vesting period is reached because of a company-wide reduction in force that eliminates your role, even though your performance was deemed excellent, you lose the RSUs they promised. So that "dangling carrot" they used to convince you to join Tesla means nothing. So make sure you get them to modify the offer letter to accelerate your first-year RSU vesting (25%) if they lay you off.
