Health benefits, listen to music/podcasts, free coffee and snacks

Cons

No culture, people don't even hold the door open. Most communication is done virtually, so there's a lot of miscommunication and awkwardness. 7 stalls for a staff of hundreds of men doesn't make sense to me either, especially when your metrics are timed. If you can handle the anxiety it's great.
