Pros

Good pay, incredibly loyal and stable. Environmental issues aren't going anywhere and they can never hire enough.

Cons

High stress, hard deadlines, with comes home with you, some expectation to be available even on vacation

Pros

Very easy application process for entry level positions, perfect for recently graduated students Trainings offered and interesting project opportunities

Cons

Career progression is quite hard if you start at an entry level. It can be quite hierarchical too and you sometimes feel under-appreciated for the work you do. Salaries for junior staff also relatively low compared to competitors.
