My experience has been extremely positive but speaking only within my team. The company is large and I’m sure there is an array of experiences possible based on your team. The company seems to be proactive in some regards on employee satisfaction.

Cons

I don’t have many qualms with the company at this point. The company seems to be well ran.

Clients and projects ranged across the many different states, worked with a diverse group of professionals; remote working; some opportunities for work-related travel

Cons

Time off policy: Seven company holidays per year may be national holidays but employees were required to use their accrued PTO on those days. And while the company states that employees can purchase additional PTO at the start of each year, those purchased hours are accrued each pay period over the course of the whole year. Unclear BD practices created a severe shortage of work/assignments, and company policy states that employees must use PTO if no available work is assigned. High turnover rate of project managers created confusion and challenges when taking over their projects/assignments.
