Excellent company, listening to the well being of it's employees

Pros

Company as really good advantages for it's employees ranging from good insurances to having friday afternoon off.

Cons

For teh salaries, the scale is too rigid. When you are a young engineer with excellent reviews you are stuck because the managers cannot go outside the salary curve established by the HR. Also, the retirement fund could be a bit better.

Pros

Great people who care about professionalism, excellence, and creating the best possible product and experience for the customer. No one is micromanaged. Communication is open and transparent. Collaboration and learning is encouraged.

Cons

I don't have much negative to say except that pay rates are below the market average. When I left this job, I registered with a placement agency who negotiated a fair salary with my next employer; it was like getting a 25% pay raise.

The EPCM group was very young, unstructured, and struggling to get work into the office.

Good people, strong camaraderie, good office work environment, good equipment, fair management.

Cons

Office administrative head overbearing/over-reaching in her power, work backlog thin, asked to take vacation when workload got light to save them from overhead costs, and top management, like most other large engineering consulting firms, are only looking at the next quarter, the stock price they can create, and the easiest way to boost their annual bonus.
