Pros

Overtime (1.5x) opportunities. Per Diem. A wide array of possible tasks. Easily able to internally transfer.

Cons

Part time, so when there is no project there is no work - no guaranteed hours. Potentially very long weeks (60-70 hours). Possibility of being transferred to new projects in far away places at a moment’s notice.

Tetra Tech has a extremely diverse workload that exposes professionals to a wide variety of work opportunities that stretch your limits and provide opportunities for growth. The over 28,000 co-workers I have also provide a near endless reservoir of resources to reach out to for help or consultation to solve unique problems presented by our clients.

Cons

Based on multiple testimonies, I suspect that my financial compensation could be much higher if I was to leave TT for another company.
