      Pros

      Nothing is great about this company, with exception of free snacks.

      Cons

      No proper QA/QC process. I was working on determining the downtime hours, and for the past four months, I was calculating these hours incorrectly. I used to give it to my client manager, for review. But didn't bother telling me in terms what I have done wrong, instead they would ask their favorite employee to check the mistakes.

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Interesting & rewarding projects. Excellent people to work with. Ample opportunity for career advancement & company invested in employee training and skill development. Annual cost-of-living raise.

      Cons

      Uncompetitive salaries, uncompetitive benefits. Mid year raises/promotions will reduce the annual cost-of-living raise. Folks stick around in spite of corporate, not be because of it. Pays lip service to DE&I, but that's it.
