Pros
Highly flexible work environment, average pay, lots of learning and growth opportunities if you seek them out. Management is generally supportive and there are a lot of talented people to work with and learn from.
Cons
Very top heavy management, which can lead to junior level employees sometimes being overworked. Not very proactive with pay increases for junior staff, so you have to really advocate for yourself. Depending on what office you work in, you might not ever get a bonus unless you are a high-level manager.
