Pros
Great people to work with, and interesting, but last unit wasn't a good fit for me. When it became apparent I was having health issues that affected performance ability, there was not a lot of business-patience or support. So there's that ... which, unfortunately, is not that unusual.
Cons
Some units not a good to work for as others.
