Pros
Large company means wide array of potential projects. I was part time so I worked at an hourly rate with per diem when on projects greater than 50 miles from home.
Cons
Getting a feeling of tightening here at the moment. Expense reports are being scrutinized more, I hear of full time employees being furloughed/let go. I worked on disaster remediation and was working 11+ hours 7 days a week for weeks at a time, then had as much time off as I wanted to.
