      Pros

      I enjoyed the people and the projects I worked on. The people are what kept me there.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits (so few days off, no holidays off in the US, no sick leave, no parental leave). This led to high turnover, especially for women trying to have children. The culture can vary by department and team, and mine was pretty good, but I heard of and witnessed others who had toxic work/life balance mentalities.
