In fighting and political backstabbing throughout the company

I don't have any any postives share. I left in less than a year of working there b.c it was such an immoral place to work.

Cons

In my short time here I was pulled into internal politics with senior practice leads pulling in managers and those that work for them into their political infighting.

Pros

Low-level employees are great and hard working.

Cons

No raises, do not expect them if you are at the bottom. Upper management gives each other pats on the back and recognizes each other in meetings with all of the org. Lower-level employees will receive a $100 gift card at the end of the year for "good work" with transaction fees. Nepotism. You get far by spying and reporting on people.
