TDR leadership is filled with smart, industry-leading professionals who are committed to their clients and professional growth of their team. They expect the same level of commitment from their team. The industry is pretty much recession-proof.
Cons
Project work includes very long days and a reduction in your personal life. The TDR unit of Tetra Tech is not for everybody. If you want to grind it out for a few years or just enjoy working where the final product helps people - this is the place for you. If you are looking for a lax 9-5 try somewhere else - even a different operating unit within Tetra Tech.
