Pros
Really great people. Huge range of capabilities and presence around the world. Your projects can be down the street or on the other side of the world. Wide variety of interesting projects and clients. You are never stuck doing the same thing over and over unless you want to be. No politics. Decent pay and benefits. May not have been the case in the past but it is now.
Cons
Expected to be a self-starter and have initiative so not the best company if you need a lot of mentorship. That can be a pro as well. Lots of turn-over at the top. Working between different departments is harder than it should be thanks to the the inter-company policies.
