      Bad benefits and average salary. The work place is only as good as the team and manager you work for.

      Some of the people are friendly and the work is varied

      Cons

      You have to be part of the network to progress and play the game. People who work hard and deliver without joining the boys' network (drinks, birthday parties, weddings etc) get overlooked and taken advantage of. For an international development company that promotes diversity and equality it's sadly lacking.
