It's very difficult to get funding for training approved. Not always a steady stream of good design work.

- Many project opportunities - Company values respect and inclusivity - Good flexibility for office/home work - Good flexibility with hours - Some company events are fun - Amazing support from every member of the company, teamwork is favored

Cons

- So much empty space in the office due to high flexibility of office/home work (only 1 day/week mandatory), it can get lifeless - Location may not be great for everyone
