      Pros

      Management are very supportive when you raise problems. Generous working from home culture. Offer reduced working week if wanted. Good benefits e.g. company car, and equipment provided. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Good variety of projects and work. Allow self time management and a lot of trust.

      Cons

      Too much working away and survey season has been exhausting. Was promised a maximum of three surveys per week in the interview but this has not happened. Work life balance has been terrible with staying in hotels for weeks on end. I found I had very little work in the winter but too much in Summer. Salary not great and inconsistent with payrises, even with the high inflation. Issues with laying people with same role different amounts.
