Big company with lots of opportunity to work on different projects.

Cons

If you aren't a PM your fighting to get on projects to stay busy constantly. There are a lot of politics and favorites. If you just want to work and not play the corporate game this isn't the place for you.

Pay check but not worth the mental anguish because of poor managers

Cons

My director was a gossip queen and liked to passive aggressively put down co-workers instead of being an adult and asking them to help. The VP knew of this behavior and did not fix it. It caused a lot of unwanted tension within the department and the office. Management really doesn't care about you as a person. They tell you they do but at the end of the day they do not. They care about the bottom line.
